28 07 2023 night
Frivolous, constant rage against this country. Ah, but all rage is frivolous, constant. And all countries are frivolous, constant. My rage is a recognition of the nation-state; what it is, what it does, nothing more. And recognition, without murder, is allegiance.
Thankfully, love is fickle. This means we can spend our lives pretending to search for it, each cheering on the others. You’re nearly there, buddy, one more step in that direction, one more thrust over there…
If rage was fickle you would find hordes of people running through the forests, stopping in the clearings, combined in orgies, all with a view to finding a single moment of rage. But it’s available, infinitely available, so we hate it.
In other words, the main problem with anger is how boring it is for other people.
